I've been spending a lot of time here, in bed. But today I feel much better! Horah!
This was my view from the bed every day after work this week.
and even getting dressed I'd still find myself back in bed...
Might I suggest;
Airborne - even if you're not feeling sick, its good to take a vitamin burst every now and then.
Daily Vitamins - I've started taking the Gummy versions everyday. It makes taking vitamins more fun, and tasty!
More Water - Think you're drinking enough? Well, probably not... at least that's what the Doc told me this week.
